In the fall of 2023, JB Company hosted a week-long team building event in Guizhou, China. During this event, the company emphasized the hard work of its employees and the boss's care for them. The event also showcased the company's highly efficient collaboration and team spirit.
The team building event offered employees a chance to experience different cultures, including sightseeing in Guizhou's stunning mountains, learning about local customs and food, as well as taking part in team-building exercises that helped strengthen employee relationships and team bonds. These activities also brought employees closer to management and helped them understand the company's vision and direction.
The staff engaged in several outdoor exercises such as hiking, archery, and cultural interactions with locals. The event culminated in a day-long talent show, where employees showed off their unique skills, from dancing to singing, and much more.
